Goal: By HootyTuts© aka Doyle Allen 7/18/2003 Approved by the HootyTutTestersGroup!
Check out the results they got at the end of this tutorial page! WEEeeee! *************************************** Needed: EyeCandy4000, http://www.alienskin.com/ec4k/ec4000_main.html PSP7-8 I did this using PSP 8! You should have a basic knowledge of adding borders and making a frame in PaintShopPro.
1. Open your graphic and duplicate it "Ctrl+D" then close out the original.
2. Pick one duplicate to work with and set the other one out of the way. Minimize.
3. I am using an 800x600 graphic. Open a new transparent image 410x350 Note: If you were to use a graphic that was Taller than it was wider you would reverse The setting to 350x410. One that was perfectly square you would use 350x350.
4. Copy one of your duplicates (Ctrl + C)
5. Go back to your transparent image. Ctrl + A (select all)
6. Ctrl + Shift + L (Paste into selection)
7. Image/Add Border 5
8. Magic Wand: Select new border I usually fill this with a gold fill. Use whatever suits your fancy and goes with your graphic!
