I am SO upset.
After reading a response  to a member
 about cleaning out the Message Store, I
went through the same process, and am
HORRIFIED to see that all my folders I
created and their contents in the main
window of IM are GONE:

Yes you certainly did. I always say .. be satisfied just cleaning out the runtime folders...
The rest, leave alone unless you are receiving instructions for VIP Support to do those crazy
things.. they are gone forever.. that is what deleting does.. so sorry for you .

 

FYI

  A lot of these answers have come from our members as well as from all kinds of sources that have been used in many of the Hooty groups to answer members questions over the years.
