Method ONE ~!
Close IncrediMail out completely by right clicking on the orange envelope icon in your system tray at the bottom and choosing EXIT.
You will need to have the Tools>Folder Options > see all hidden files and folders option checked to do this.. Because we use different systems the following path may be a little different than on yours so this will get you close if not exactly where you should be ....
My method aka Hooty method is to go to C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Identities\ folder with a long number
In there you will see all the folder names.. if you see one that you are missing in your IM right click and tell it to open.
It will probably tell you it is corrupt or another error message like it does me but when you open IM there it will be again just like magic! WEEeee.

Method TWO ~!
Click Help > VIP Support and write them.
They will respond in about 5 workdays giving you an executable in a attachment that you can run and it will recover your lost folders.
