I am a retired American living south of
the border in central Mexico near Guadalajara.
About 4 years ago, someone told me about
IncrediMail. I downloaded the program and
immediately wanted to find interesting stats to
add to my collection. I did a yahoo group
search and joined a few IncrediMail stat sharing
groups and begin building up my inventory.
But that wasn't enough to satisfy my
needs and so I decided that I wanted to learn
how to create my own. I then found out about
PSP and downloaded PSP7 and became hooked. I
began finding tutorial sites and learning PSP by
doing tutorials. About 2 1/2 years ago, I found
the Hooty groups, took his courses and continued
improving in PSP. My favorite tutorials are
still the ones that teach me a new technique or
skill as I always strive to keep improving and
learning.
I am currently an official Hooty Tut
Tester and also a moderator for Hooty's Budding
Tutorial Writers group. I really enjoy both
these groups as I get to see tutorials in the
development stage and work with and help the
writer improve the tutorials so that others will
have no problems once they are released to the
public.
In the last few years I have also taken
up the game of Bridge and I am very active in
the local duplicate bridge club here in Mexico.
As a retiree, we need to keep out minds working
and between Bridge and PSP, mine is getting a
great workout.
