Linda D. Hi everyone! Welcome to HootyTuts. I am Linda D. We bought our first computer in 1980 when programs were still on cassette tapes! We typed in a lot of programs from magazines and took a class in the computer language, Basic, so we could debug the programs. Love how it has evolved!   I first discovered Incredimail in September 2001 and started to create stationery right away. I started out submitting some of my stats to the Incredimail Gallery and was thrilled to have them accept about half a dozen of them for sharing. I soon discovered all the Yahoo Incredimail Groups and was creating up a storm!   The first graphics program I used for creating was Adobe Photoshop and in 2003 I switched to Paint Shop Pro. After joining IFF, Hooty invited me to join the HootyTutTesters in the spring of 2003 and eventually I became a tut author.   Currently beside being a Hooty Author and Tester, I am an instructor in Hooty’s KnT Group and a moderator in the Hooty’s Budding Tutorial Writers Workshop.   My home is on Canada’s West Coast with my hubby of 37 years (when we were babies, lol) and our dog and cat. We have a married son, 29, and a single daughter, 26. In June 2005, our son and his wife blessed us with our first grandson. I am so pleased to have you checking out the HootyTuts! Linda D.
