Hi! I'm Kathy aka ©Design by
KMRA. I've been creating about 3 or 4 years
now. I discovered Incredimail when an old
friend sent me a message on some standard IM
stationery. I had recently installed Paint Shop
in hopes of learning how to use it for photo
editing. Anyhow I was already in a number of
Yahoo groups, and I thought I'd do a search on
IM. I was amazed there were so many groups out
there. I joined a few, and started seeing all
the beautiful stats. A few Hooty stats
passed through one of my groups, and I knew I
would track this man down, and beg him to teach
me how he did this wonderful thing. I found the
old Hootystats site, and through it found my way
to Incredimail for Fun. I was so lost, but Hooty took
me in. He started giving me tuts to do right
away, and I learned so much from him. After a
time Hooty asked me to join his Hooty Tut
Testers group, and I still love it as much as
when I first started. I will never be able to
express the depth of my gratitude to Hooty for
all he has done for me! I've written this small
handfull of tuts to date. Working full time
cuts down on the tut writing time a bit, but I
hope to write more in the future. I hope you
enjoy working with my tutorials.
On the personal side I'm just turning 48,
single, and live on the west coast of Florida in
a town called Port Richey. I've lived here for
21 years now. I've been the Catalog/Credit
manager at our local J C Penneys for 15 years.
I was born and raised on Long Island in New
York, and majored in Advertising Design at FIT
in New York City. Real life happens, and I
never went into my field, but thanks to Paint
Shop, IM, and Hooty I'm happily making art all
these years later.
